369D, 369E, 369F, 369FF, 500N, 600N Installation of a redundant system for the primary Cargo Hook system when conducting Human External Cargo (HEC) external loads operations, in accordance with FAA approved Onboard Systems International, Master Data List 155-209-00, Revision 5, dated August 27, 2021, and FAA approved Onboard Systems International, Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement 121-069-00, Revision 2, dated June 25, 2020, or later FAA Approved Revisions; or 121-074-00, Revision 0, dated December 23, 2021; or later FAA-approved revisions.
The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted helicopter model series only. This STC must be maintained in accordance with Onboard Systems International, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) report 123-048-00, Revision 3, dated August 17, 2021, or other FAA accepted ICA. A copy of the STC, the applicable RFMS, and ICA must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
