The installation of Tail Rotor Driveshaft Cover, Dual GPS Antenna Mount Installation, Structural Provisions only to be done in accordance with Heli-One Master Drawing List CHS76-53-044 MDL Revision A, dated July 28, 2008, Transport Canada approved August 20, 2008 or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
