The installation of a Traffic Advisory System must be performed in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Master Document List No.
MDL-D130-787, Rev. B, dated April 20, 2009 or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document No. ICA- D130-787, Rev. 0, dated April 7, 2009, Transport Canada accepted April 7, 2009 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FMS-D130-787, Rev. A, approved April 24, 2009 or later Transport Canada approved revision. Compliance with Section 2 limitations is mandatory.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other pers on written evidence of that permission.
