1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Installation of Utility Basket on the right hand side must be in accordance with Alpine Aerotech Ltd. Installation Instructions as listed on AMLSR02736NY, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Alpine Aerotech Ltd. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement as listed on AML SR02736NY, or later TCCA approved revision.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Alpine Aerotech Ltd. Maintenance Manual Supplement as listed on AML SR02736NY or later TCCA accepted revision.

3. The installation of the utility basket is limited to the right hand side of the aircraft.

4. A copy of this certificate and FAA AML SR02736NY issued on May 21, 2026, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for this modified aircraft.
