1. Modified aircraft are to be maintained in accordance with Air Concepts International, Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Report No. IC00139.06, Revision IR, Dated November 15, 2009, FAA accepted March 12, 2010.
2. Modified aircraft are to be operated in accordance with Air Concepts International, Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. 00139.06, Revision IR, FAA Approved March 19, 2010.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
