Installation of Human External Cargo (HEC) system in accordance with Boost Systems Master Data List (MDL) as listed on AML SR02796SE; and Boost Systems Modification Instructions MI-1963-UH1, Revision IR, dated December 19, 2022, or later FAA-approved revision. Operation must be in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) as listed on AML SR02796SE. Maintenance must be in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) ICA-1963-UH1, dated April 24, 2024, or later FAA-approved revision.

Limi tations and Conditions:

1. Approval of this change in type design applies to the rotorcraft models listed on AML SR02796SE only.

2. Onboard Systems International, LLC STC SR00713SE, Mechanical Specialties, LLC STC SR01946SE, or U.S. Army Cargo Suspension P/N 204-072-024-1 must be installed as a prerequisite to this installation. Additional installation requirements are identified in the above-referenced Modification Instructions document.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
