1. The Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) CHI92-0308-01-2520-ICA, Rev. 2, dated June 23, 2009, accepted by TCAA on December 24, 2009, or later TCCA accepted revisions must be used to maintain the airworthiness of the modified aircraft.

2. Operations must be in accordance with DECA Aviation Engineering Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS08036, Revision 2, dated August 20, 2009, approved by TCCA on November 19, 2009, or later TCCA approved revisions.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
