1. Modified rotorcraft must be operated in accordance with FAA-approved Isolair, Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. 3900-480FMS, No Revision, dated February 22, 2010, or later FAA-approved revision.
2. Modified rotorcraft must be maintained in accordance with Isolair, Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA Manual No. 3900-480ICA, Revision D, dated November 19, 2009, or later FAA-accepted revision.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of this permission.
