Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Brownlee seat track and SICMA TSO C39b or C127a Seats in accordance with Kaplan Engineering Consultants, LLC Master Data List for Seat Installations in Sikorsky Helicopter S-61N, Document DC509-1802-00, Rev. C, dated August 5, 2010, or later FAA approved revisions.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement Doc. VIH-002, Rev. A, dated August 05, 2010 or later FAA approved revision is required
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
