The installation of the Quick Release Heli-Utility-Basket is to be done in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Master Document List, MDL-D407-797, Revision A, dated January 20, 2011, approved by Transport Canada on January 20, 2011, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Operation must be in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, FMS-D407-797, Revision A, dated January 12, 2011, approved by Transport Canada on February 1, 2011 or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA-D407-797, Revision 0, dated December 10, 2010, accepted by Transport Canada on December 10, 2010 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
3. The installation of the Quick Release Heli-Utility Basket is only permitted on the helicopter models listed that do not have Emergency Float Systems installed.
4. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other pers on written evidence of that permission.
