1. The Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) VS61-0715J-ICA, Revision B, dated January 28, 2011 accepted by TCAA on January 28, 2011 or later TCCA accepted revisions must be used to maintain the airworthiness of the modified aircraft.

2. Operations must be in accordance with VIH Aerospace In c. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement VS61-0715J-FMS, Dated December 13, 2010, approved by TCCA on February 15, 2011 or later TCCA approved revisions.

3. STC SR00681SE for the Fabrication of Onboard Systems Model 200-243-00 Cargo Hook Load Weigh System is a prerequisite with this Installation.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other pe rson written evidence of that permission.
