1. Aircraft cockpit and external lighting must be in accordance with Agusta Aerospace Corporation Certification Equipment List, Report No. AAC-ENG-11-021, Rev. G, dated April 29, 2022.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. Maintenance to be performed in accordance with Agusta Aerospace Corporation Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report No. AAC-ENG-11-018, Rev. G, dated April 24, 2015, FAA accepted April 4, 2017.
3. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with Agusta Aerospace Corporation Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Report No. AAC-ENG-11-017, Rev. F, FAA approved June 09, 2022.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. Installation and operational use of Traffic/ADS-B Annunciator P/N's 17212-11642 & 5840A2B0C3F40L60N2(JJ) P11 and Position lights P/N's 01-0771105-03 & 01-0771105-04 is prohibited without additional FAA approval. These part numbers have been certified to be NVG compatible only. The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.
5. For Configuration "B", AgustaWestland 109-B811-19-109, -111 or -113 EMS provisions and AgustaWestland P/N 109A2564A37-101 NVG Curtain are required.
6. For Configuration "C", AMS Heli Design, LLC STC No. SR09917AC and Leonardo S.p.A NVG Kit No. 109G3306P01 as prerequisites are required.
