The installation of a SkyTrac ISAT-200 Airborne Position/Data Communicator in accordance with Avionics Design Services LTD., Master Drawing List, document No. MDL10033, Revision D, dated March 1, 2011, Transport Canada approved March 14, 2011, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Operation must be in accordance with SkyTrac System Ltd., Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, document No. FMS10033- 5, Revision N/C, dated February 1, 2011, Transport Canada approved March 14, 2011 , or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with SkyTrac Systems Ltd., Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, document No.
ICA10033-5, Revision N/C, dated February 1, 2011, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
3. FAA STC SR02189NY is a pre-requisite to this approval.
4. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other pers on written evidence of that permission.
