1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

1. The SKYTRAC ISAT Airborne Position/Data Communicator Upgrade Installation must be in accordance with SKYTRAC Systems Ltd. Master Drawing List MDL10033, Revision AE, dated November 28, 2025, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.
Configuration #1 - For Airbus Helicopters AS350 models:
1. Operation must be in accordance with SKYTRAC Systems Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS10033-4, Revision F, TCCA approved December 16, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with SKYTRAC Systems Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA10033-4, Revision K, dated November 10, 2025, or later TCCA accepted revision.
Configuration #2 - For Airbus Helicopters EC130 models:
1. Operation must be in accordance with SKYTRAC Systems Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS10033-8, Revision NC, TCCA approved on December 16, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with SKYTRAC Systems Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA10033-8, Revision NC, dated November 10, 2025, or later TCCA accepted revision.
Limitations (continued):
4. FAA STC SR02189NY is a pre-requisite to this approval.
5. Operation must be in accordance with the Limitations section of the applicable Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change of this STC.
