3. When installed on model AW109SP, aircraft is to be operated in accordance with AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplemental Report No. AWPC-ENG-11-107 , Rev. -, FAA approved May 11, 2012.

4. When installed on model A109S, maintenance to be performed in accordance with AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report No. AWPC-ENG-15-022, Rev. -, dated July 29, 2015, FAA accepted August 13, 2015, or later FAA accepted revisions.

5. When installed on model A109S, aircraft is to be operated in accordance with AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplemental Report No. AWPC-ENG-15-023 , Rev. -, FAA approved October 13, 2015.
