Installation of an Electric Attitude Indicator in accordance with VIH Aerospace Inc. Master Drawing List V205-0621-MDL, Revision N/R, dated August 13, 2009, Transport Canada approved September 14, 2011, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Maintenance must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness specified in the attached aircraft Approved Model List.

2. For Bell 205, aircraft is to be operated in accordance with VIH Aviation Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement V205-0621- FMS, Revision N/R, dated October 01, 2009, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

3. For Bell 212, aircraft is to be operated in accordance with VIH Aviation Inc. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement V212-0621- FMS, Revision N/R, dated October 01, 2009, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

6. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR03100NY, issued May 23, 2012, or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
