Installation of Sky Trac ISAT-200 Flight Following System in accordance with the Heli-One Master Data List CHA332-23-016 MDL Rev B, dated June 15, 2012, TCCA approved June 15, 2012 or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
1. Maintenance of the Sky Trac ISAT-200 must be in accordance with Heli-One Maintenance Manual Supplement No. CHA332- 23-016 MMS, Revision NC, dated June 14, 2012, TCCA accepted June 15, 2012 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
