1. Installation of a Relay Box and Control Panel for ICS VIP Application in accordance with Northern Avionics Modification Bulletin No. NAV-436, Revision 0, dated June 10, 2011 and Installation Instructions Document No. II-NAV436-1R0, dated June 15, 2011.
2. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with Northern Avionics Instructions for Continued Airworthiness No. ICA-NAV436, Revision 0, dated July 2012.
3. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with Northern Avionics Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. RFMS NAV 436, Revision 0, dated August 05, 2011.
Limitations and C onditions:
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
This certificate and the supporting data which is the basi s for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
