1. Installation of a Universal Avionics UNS-1Fw Flight Management Systems in accordance with Heli-One Master Drawing List CHA332-34-026 MDL, Revision E, dated December 14, 2012, TCCA approved December 14, 2012 or later TCCA approved revision.
Limitations and C onditions:
1. Operation must be in accordance with Heli-One Flight Manual Supplement, CHA332-34-026 FMS, Revision B, dated December 10, 2012, TCCA approved December 14, 2012, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Heli-One Maintenance Manual Supplement report No. CHA332-34-026 MMS, Revision C, dated December 7, 2012, TCCA accepted December 14, 2012 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
This certificate and the supporting data wh ich is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
5. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
