Installation of an Artex C406-N HM ELT System in accordance with Heli-One Master Drawing List CHA332-25-017 MDL, Revision NC, dated February 27, 2009, Transport Canada approved February 27, 2009, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
1. Maintenance must be performed in accordance with Heli-One Maintenance Manual Supplement No. CHA332-25-017 MMS, Revision A, dated October 4, 2012, Transport Canada accepted October 12, 2012, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.
2. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with Heli-One Flight Manual Supplement No. CHA332-25-017 FMS, Revision NC, dated February 20, 2009, Transport Canada approved April 15, 2009, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
