Installation of Lifeport, Inc. MedDeck Litter Kit in accordance with ASIG LLC Master Data List No. 1051-0000-00, Revision C, dated March 27, 2013, or later FAA approved revisions.
1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) A copy of this Certificate and Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement 1051-2070-00 Revision IR, dated April 11, 2013, or later FAA approved Revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
