1. Maintenance to be performed in accordance with AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document No. AWPC-ENG-12-078, Revision -, dated October 10, 2012, FAA accepted November 05, 2012, or later FAA accepted revisions.
2. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with AgustaWestland Philadelphia Corporation Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. AWPC-ENG-12-079, Revision -, FAA approved November 07, 2012.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
