Installation of VIP 37 Plus Interiors P/N 6AB1AD012-001, 7 and 9 seats configurations in accordance with Notice of Design Change (NDC) No. 6AB1AD-024 for 7 seats configuration and NDC No. 6AB1AD-035 for 9 seats configuration. The following documents are required with this installation:
1. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, M.A.G. Owner’s Manual, P/N 6AB1WNM-2-16, Revision E, dated August 20, 2012.
2. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, M.A.G. Doc. No. 6AB1RFM-1-8, Revision C, dated March 4, 2009.

1. The VIP 37 Plus Interiors Installation P/N 6AB1AD012-001 can only be installed on AB139, AW139 helicopters with Agusta provision P/N 4G2520F03911.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the changed AGUSTA S.p.A. AB139/AW139 rotorcraft as described in this certificate is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for AGUSTA S.p.A. AB139/AW139 rotorcraft is shown on TCDS R00002RD (Rev.10) for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, March 27, 2012, is as shown on TCDS R00002RD (Rev.10).
