Installation of Right-Hand Pilot’s Bubble Window in accordance with Installation Document 95701 Revision 0 in Aero Design Ltd.
Document Control List DCL957 Revision 1, dated April 23, 2012, Transport Canada approved June 19, 2012, or later T ransport Canada approved revision.
1. Alpine Helicopters Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS957.91 Revision 0, dated April 21, 2012, Transport Canada approved June 19, 2012, or later Transport Canada approved revision is required for this installat ion.
2. There are no changes to the existing Bell 407 Maintenance Manual BHT-407- MM which is applicable with this installation.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other pers on written evidence of that permission.
