Operation with the Right Hand Forward Door and the Right Hand Flap Panel or Aft Right Hand Cabin Door removed.
1. The Left Hand Crew Door will remain installed and closed, and the Left Hand Sliding Door will be in full-open position and locked for this configuration.
2. Eurocopter Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-ECL-137 Revision 0, dated April 16, 2010, Transport Canada approved April 22, 2010 or later Transport Canada approved revisions is required for operation in this configuration.
3. Eurocopter Canada Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-ECL-191 Revision 1, dated April 16, 2010, Transport Canada accepted April 22, 2010, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions, is required for this installation.
4. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission
