1. Installation of Flight Data Monitoring System in accordance with ISEI Installation Manual N7-EC135 V2-HV2 NUM E-B-03 dated November 18, 2015 or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Aircraft will be operated in accordance with ISEI Rotocraft Flight Manual Supplement N11-EC135 V2-HV2 NUM-E-A-02 Rev 2, dated November 18, 2105 or later EASA approved revisions.

3. Maintenance in accordance with Instruction for Continued Airworthiness N8-EC135 V2-HV2 NUM-E-B-02 Rev 3, dated November 18, 2105 or later EASA approved revisions.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
