1. Installation of a Cable Cutter in accordance with Installation Procedure IP-ECL-129 Revision 0 per Eurocopter Canada Limited Master Drawing List MDL-11-022 Issue B, dated September 28, 2012, Transport Canada approved September 28, 2012, or later Transport Canada approved revision.
2. Eurocopter Canada Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-ECL-233 Revision 2, dated September 24, 2012, Transport Canada accepted September 27, 2012, or later Transport Canada accepted revision, is required with this installation.
1. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
