Installation of starter-generator, Goodrich P/N 23078-029 and Quick-Attach-Detach (QAD) kit P/N 23078-500, detailed design data in accordance with Goodrich drawing 23078-029, revision D, dated July 29, 2013, and drawing 23078-500, revision A, dated December 12, 2013 or later FAA approved revision.
1. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
