1. Installation of the External Attachment Provisions to be completed in accordance with Transport Canada approved, AERO Design Ltd. Document Control List, DCL959-2, Revision 2, dated September 12, 2014, or later TCCA approved revision.

Configuration B - External Cargo Basket:

1. Installation of Quick Release Cargo Basket to be completed in accordance with Transport Canada approved, AERO Design Ltd.

Document Control List, DCL 959-1, Revision 2, dated September 12, 2014, or later TCCA approved revision.

1. Installation of Configuration A, External Attachment Provisions, is a prerequisite for installation of Configuration B, External Cargo Basket Installation and Configuration C, Cabin Steps Installation.

2. Installation of the Fixed Cabin Step in accordance with DCL969-1 is mandatory. Installation of the Quick Release Cabin Step in accordance with DCL969-1 is mandatory when the External Cargo Basket (Configuration B) is removed for the External Attachment Provisions (Configuration A).

2. Modifications to the Cargo Basket configurations are eligible in accordance with Transport Canada approved, AERO Design Ltd., Document Control List DCL704-429, Revision 1, dated September 2, 2014, or later TCCA approved revision. Eligibility limitations are noted on the drawings.

Data Pertinent to Configurations A and B:

1. Transport Canada approved, AERO Design Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS959.90, Revision 2, dated September 15, 2014, or later TCCA approved revision is required with this installation.

2. Transport Canada accepted, AERO Design Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA959.91, Revision 1, dated September 4, 2014, or later TCCA accepted revision is required with this installation.

Configuration C - Cabin Steps:

1. Installation of Cabin Steps to be completed in accordance with Transport Canada approved, AERO Design Ltd.

Document Control List, DCL969-1, Revision 2, dated September 12, 2014, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Transport Canada approved, AERO Design Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS969.90, Revision 2, dated September 15, 2014, or later TCCA approved revision is required with this installation.

3. Transport Canada accepted, AERO Design Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA969.91, Revision 1, dated May 8, 2014, or later TCCA accepted revision is required with this installation.

Configuration D - External Attachment Provisions, Quick Release Cargo Basket and Cabin Steps:

1. Installation of the External Attachment Provisions, Quick Release Cargo Basket and Cabin Steps must be in accordance with Transport Canada approved Dart Aerospace Ltd. Installation Instructions, IIN-D429-1085 Revision A, dated February 11, 2020, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Maintenance of the External Attachment Provisions, Quick Release Cargo Basket and Cabin Steps must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA-D429-1085, Revision 0, dated February 25, 2020, or later TCCA accepted revision.

3. Operation of the External Attachment Provisions, Quick Release Cargo Basket and Cabin Steps must be in accordance with TCCA approved Dart Aerospace Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement, FMS-D429-1085, Revision A, dated April 20, 2020, or later TCCA approved revision.

4. Definition of Type Design Change for Configuration D in TCCA approved Dart Aerospace Ltd. Master Document List, MDL-D429-1085 Revision A, dated April 20, 2020, or later TCCA approved revision.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
