1. One Helicopter-only conversion of Sikorsky, Model S-61L, S/N 61428 to an S-61N configuration in accordance with Carson Helicopters, Inc. Report S61NS-7000 Rev C, dated April 10, 2013.
1. Sikorsky S61N Rotorcraft Flight Manual SA 4045-82 revised October 27, 2008 or later FAA approved revision is required with this conversion.
2. Sikorsky S61N Maintenance Manual SA 4045-80 Rev. 47 dated November 30, 2011 or later FAA approved revision is required for Continued Airworthiness of this conversion.
3. Life limited parts shall be retired in accordance with Sikorosky Service Bulletin No. 61B General – 1Y Revision 24 dated April 19, 2004 or later FAA approved revision “Time Limits, establishment of and serialization of retireable parts”.

5. This conversion is limited to land based operations only; amphibious conversion will require further FAA approval.
6. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Sikorsky, Model S-61L, Serial No. 61428. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
