Description of Type Desig n Change:
1. Installation of Interior Blankets in passenger compartment in accordance with Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. Installation Drawing List Report No. AA-13021 Revision D, dated September 19, 2013.
2. Lawson Aerospace LLC Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Report No. AA-12055 Revision C, dated May 30, 2013 is required for this installation.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
