1. Installation of Latitude Technologies IONODE Flight Data Monitoring System in accordance with Latitude Technologies Installation Instructions 1125-400-001, Revision NC, dated June 20, 2013, Transport Canada approved June 20, 2013, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Transport Canada accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness specified in the attached aircraft Approved Model List.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
