Installation of provisions for external equipment in accordance with St. Louis Helicopter Master Drawing List 404-002- MDL, Revision 1. FAA approved June 1 1. 2014. or later FAA approved revision.
Limitaticos and caliticas:
1. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product. the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. STC makes provisions for an external mount surrogate payload structure installation for carrying equipment in Enstrom 480 & 480B Helicopters but does not include approval of the equipment. The FAA has not certified the equipment for which these provisions are intended. You must get additional FAA approval to install this equipment.
The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.
