Installation of a Latitude Technologies IONODE Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) in accordance Latitude Technologies Installation Instructions document numbers 1126-400-001, Rev. NC, dated August 22, 2013, 1126-400-002, Rev. NC, dated August 22, 2013 and 1126-400-003, Rev. NC, dated August 22, 2013 or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

Maintenance must be in accordance with Latitude Technologies, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), as shown in the elegibility list.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR03383NY issued April 3, 2014 must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified Aircraft.
