1. Installation of Latitude Technologies S200 SATCOM and/or IONode Flight Data Monitor, in accordance with Latitude Technologies Installation Instructions 1127-400-001, Revision A, dated October 07, 2014, or later Transport Canada-approved revision.

2. Rotorcraft is to be maintained in accordance with Latitude Technologies Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 1127-400-002, Revision 02, dated October 08, 2014, or later Transport Canada-accepted revision.

3. Operation is to be in accordance with Latitude Technologies Flight Manual Supplement 1127-FMS-001, Revision 01, dated September 8, 2014, approved by Transport Canada September 9, 2014, or later Transport Canada-approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
