1. Installation of Garmin G500H Flight Display System in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Master Data List MDL-05-70-00-053, Rev. C, dated February 08, 2013, or later Transport Canada-approved revision.

2. Rotorcraft is to be maintained in accordance with Maxcraft Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, as identified in the attached FAA Approved Model List SR03539NY.

1. This installation is limited to VFR use only.

2. A placard stating "PFD/MFD LIMITED TO VFR USE ONLY" must be installed adjacent to the GDU620.

3. A placard stating "GPS LIMITED TO VFR USE ONLY" must be installed adjacent to the GPS navigator.

4. Operation is further subject to the limitations set forth in Maxcraft Flight Manual Supplements as identified in the attached FAA Approved Model List SR03539NY.
