1. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the "Limitations" section of the TCCA approved FMS listed in each Configuration.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

b. Configuration 2; GPS500()/GNS530() w/ EDZ-756 & Collins Avionics; FMS-34-50-99-068 Rev. A (NADS 310-50068-00 R01), dated August 17, 2004, Transport Canada Approved August 18, 2004 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

c. Configuration 3; GPS500()/GNS530() w/ EDZ-705 & Collins Avionics; FMS-34-50-99-071 Rev. A (NADS 310-50079-00 R01), dated August 17, 2004, Transport Canada Approved August 18, 2004 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

3. Continued Airworthiness must be in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-34-50-99-074, Rev F, dated November 15, 2015 and Transport Canada Accepted on April 24, 2017 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for Sikorsky Aircraft Services S-76A, S-76B, S-76C aircraft is as follows:

(a) For parts not changed or not affected by the change: The existing type certification basis for that aircraft model as shown on the FAA Type Certificate Data Sheet H1NE.

(b) For parts changed or affected by the change: The existing type certificate bases for the aircraft model as shown on the FAA Type Certificate Data Sheet H1NE in addition to:

14 CFR Part 29 including amendments 29-1 to 29-11 as applicable, including:

29.1 at amendment 29-21; 29.561(b)(3) at amendment 29-38; 29.1309 at amendment 29-40,

29.1317(c) at amendment 29-49; 29.1529 at amendment 29-20; 29.1557 at amendment 29-12.
