1. Installation of Cockpit Power Outlets (115 VAC) on a Bombardier Challenger CL-600-2B16 (604 Variant), S/N 5564 in accordance with Innotech Aviation, Master Document List, No. MDL35127002, Revision NC, dated August 19, 2015 or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Innotech Aviation, Time Limits & Maintenance Checks Document No. TL35127-003, Revision NC, dated August 18, 2015 or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
