Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-B1310-PCDS revision NC, Transport Canada approved July 19, 2017, or later Transport Canada approved revisions are mandatory for all models listed in AML No. SR03681NY.

2. Airworthiness Limitation contained in Chapter 4 of Boost Human External Cargo System Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-B1310-DHS revision NC, Transport Canada approved July 19, 2017, or later Transport Canada approved revisions are mandatory for Airbus models listed in AML No. SR03681NY.

3. For Airbus models listed in AML No. SR03681NY, placards to be in accordance with Section 2.2 of Boost Human External Cargo System Inc. Flight Manual Supplement, FMS-B1310 revision NC, dated October 30, 2015, Transport Canada approved October 30, 2015 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

4. For Bell model(s) listed in AML No. SR03681NY, placards to be in accordance with Section 1.20 of Boost Human External Cargo System Inc. Flight Manual Supplement, FMS-B1514 revision NC, dated February 28, 2017, Transport Canada approved February 28, 2017 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

5. Onboard Systems Part Number: 528-023-01 or 528-023-51 or 528-029-00 or 528-028-00 is a prerequisite installation.

6. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

7. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
