1. Installation of External Load Attachment Device EAD03 in accordance with Master Document List for EAD03, Revision 1, dated November 16, 2015 or later EASA approved revisions.
2. ECMS Aviation Systems GmbH Flight Manual Supplement for External Load System EAD03, Original Issue, dated May 1, 2015 or later EASA approved revisions is required for this modification.
1. "Lifetime Limitations" Section 11 of ECMS Aviation Systems GmbH Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) for External Load System EAD03, Original Issue, dated August 6, 2016 or later EASA approved revisions is required for this modification.
2. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the “Limitations” section of ECMS Aviation Systems GmbH Flight Manual Supplement for External Load System EAD03, Original Issue, dated May 1, 2015 or later EASA approved revisions.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certification to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of this permission.
