3. Operation must be done in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement as listed on AML SR03832NY for Configurations 1 and 2.

4. Maintenance must be done in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness as listed on AML SR03832NY for Configurations 1 and 2.

2. Configuration 1:

Applicable to aircraft equipped with these equipments:

a. Dart Aerospace Ltd. D205-803/D212-803 Left Hand Pilot-In-Command (LHPIC) kit installed per STC SR02233SE.

Without the required equipment and when conducting vertical reference work from the LH position with a single pilot, rotorcraft is only eligible for a Special C of A – Restricted only. Full compliance has not been demonstrated for airworthiness standards 29.1303(g)(h)(i)(j), 29.1321(b), and 29.1523(b) for single pilot operation from the Left Seat resulting in a Restricted Category classification.

3. Configuration 2:

a. Applicable to Model 412EP, including S/Ns 37002 thru 37999, S/N 38001 thru 38999, and S/N 39101 thru 39999 equipped with these equipments:

i) Dart Vertical Reference Door Kit D412-761-041.

ii) Dual Controls installed per Bell Helicopter Service Instruction 412-13.

iii) Bell Helicopter Left Hand Pilot in Command Kit 412-706-134-XXX with operational force trim per FMS-D412-761-EPI.

iv) Bell Helicopter Vertical Reference Operations Kit 412-706-135-XXX per FMS-D412-761-EPI.

v) Installation of an approved and operational mechanical cargo hook release in the left pilot position.

b. External Load Long Line Operations require the installation of the Bell Helicopter Cargo Hook Long Line Release Provisions Kit 412-706-136-XXX per FMS-D412-761-EPI.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make and Models as listed on AML SR03832NY for Configurations 1 and 2.
