1. Installation of the Helicopter FilmWorks Mount Assemblies must be in accordance with:

a. Eligibility List CE-HFW-001, Rev 4 of April 27, 2017 or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

b. Installation Instructions CI-HFW-001-1, Rev 3 dated March 26, 2017, (Single mount), or, CI-HFW-011-2, Rev 3 dated March 26, 2017, (Dual mount); or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

1. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR03919NY issued June 1, 2017, or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

2. This STC approves Helicopter FilmWorks Mount Assemblies for Camera system(s), structural provisions only. The FAA has not certified the equipment for which these provisions are intended. You must get additional FAA approval to install this equipment. The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.

2. Maintenance of the Helicopter FilmWorks Mount Assemblies must be in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness CC-HFW-001-1, Rev 3 dated March 26, 2017, (Single Mount), or CC-HFW-001-2, Rev 3 dated March 26, 2017, (Dual mount); or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.

3. Operation of the Helicopter FilmWorks Mount Assemblies must be in accordance with Flight Manual Supplement CF-HFW-001-1, Rev 4, dated March 25, 2017, (Single mount), or CF-HFW-001-2, Rev 4, dated March 25, 2017, (Dual mount); or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

3. Day & Night VFR only.

4. No Category A operations permitted (AS355 series only).

5. No flight into known icing conditions.

6. For Dual Mount, Pitot heat must remain OFF and PULL the circuit breaker to prevent damage to the pitot tube with auxiliary pitot tube installed.

7. For night operations, Airbus Helicopters approved belly landing lights must be installed.

8. Maximum single mount ball size is 24" diameter and maximum dual mount camera ball size is 36" diameter.

9. Maximum weight of installed camera(s):

a: 175 pounds (one camera, single mount); or, b: 300 pounds (one camera, dual mount); or, c: two maximum 150 pound cameras, each on a single mount.

10. Maximum rear ballast mount weight total 200 pounds.

11. Airspeed:

a: Maximum VNE is 110 KIAS with camera ball greater than 16" diameter; or, b: Maximum VNE is 125 KIAS with 16" and smaller diameter of the camera ball.

12. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

13. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
