1. Installation of Wire Strike Protection System in accordance with Magellan Aerospace, Winnipeg Modification Data Summary EM107275 Issue C, TCCA approved on October 6, 2017, or later TCCA approved revisions.
2. For Instructions for Continued Airworthiness refer to Magellan Aerospace, Winnipeg Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and Illustrated Parts List, PM-965-096 Issue A, dated August 29, 2017, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
3. Flight Operations must be conducted in accordance with Magellan Aerospace, Winnipeg Flight Manual Supplement, PM-965-098, Issue A, TCCA approved on October 10, 2017, or later TCCA approved revisions.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. The Robinson model R66 helicopters being modified must be equipped with the following FAA approved parts:
i. Robinson R66 Part Number C599-1 Airspeed Indicator (130 KIAS VNE); and ii.
