1. Installation of Bear Paw kits in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved February 9, 2018 Alpine Aerotech LP Installation Instructions No. AAL-390-025-001, Revision NI, dated November 1, 2017, Master Data List AAL-390-024-001, dated February 9, 2018, or later TCCA approved revisions.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with TCCA accepted February 9, 2018 Alpine Aerotech LP. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness AAL-390-025-701, Revision NI, dated November 1, 2017 or later TCCA accepted revisions.
3. Operation of the Bear Paw Kit must be in accordance with TCCA approved February 12, 2018, Flight Manual Supplement AAL-390-025-401, Revision NI, dated February 9, 2018.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
