Master Data List MDL-34-40-07-012 Rev A, dated August 12, 2014 and TCCA approved March 6, 2017 or later TCCA-approved revision.

2. Aircraft is to be maintained in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-34-40-07-012 Rev A, dated April 15, 2014 or lated TCCA-accepted revision.

3. Aircraft is to operated in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-34-40-07-012 Rev. A, dated April 16, 2014 and TCCA approved March 6, 2017 or later TCCA-approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
