1. Installation of the Crosstubes must be in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Dart Aerospace Ltd. Installation Instructions, IIN-D135-1027, Revision C, dated September 26, 2018, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Maintenance of the Crosstubes must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA-D135-1027, Revision 0, dated September 25, 2018, or later TCCA accepted revision.

3. Type Design Change defined by TCCA approved Dart Aerospace Ltd. Master Document List, MDL-D135-1027, Revision B, dated October 15, 2018, or later TCCA approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
