1. Installation of the Cabin Door Fixed Handle must be done in accordance with the ICARUS Aero Inc. Installation Drawing IC1317-194-000 Rev. A, Transport Canada approved August 31, 2018, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Transport Canada accepted ICARUS Aero Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness IC1317-194 Rev. A, dated August 3, 2018, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.
3. Operation must be in accordance with ICARUS Aero Inc. Helicopter Flight Manual Supplement FMS1317-194 Rev. NC, Transport Canada approved August 20, 2018, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
