1. Installation of the Landing Gear kits must be in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Dart Aerospace Ltd., Installation Instructions, IIN-D130-1048, Revision B, dated February13, 2019 or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Maintenance of the Landing Gear Kits must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA-D130-1048 Revision 0, dated December 20, 2018 or later TCCA accepted revision.
3. This Type Design Change is defined in TCCA approved Dart Aerospace Ltd. Master Document List MDL-D130-1048 Revision A, dated February 14, 2019 or later TCCA approved revision.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
