1. Installation of Cabin FWD LHS/AFT RHS Emergency Hatch Bubble Windows must be in accordance with Installation Drawing CHL92-56-003-001 Rev. NC, dated July 11, 2018, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved July 11, 2018.
2. Maintenance of this modification must be in accordance with Canadian Helicopters Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-CHL92-56-003 Rev A, dated April 4, 2019, TCCA accepted April 4, 2019.
3. Operation must be in accordance with the Canadian Helicopters Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-CHL92-56-003 Rev NC, dated July 11, 2018, TCCA approved July 11, 2018.
1. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Sikorsky, Model S-92A, Serial No. 920055. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
