FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement document number 104-FT4250-AS332L1, Revision (C), dated 27 JUN 2025, or later FAA Approved Revision is a required part of this modification.

The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with FAA Approved Instructions for Continued Airworthiness document number U10-0370, Revision (C), dated 15 APR 2025, or later FAA Approved Revision in addition to the basic rotorcraft maintenance manuals.

3. Restricted category aircraft may not be operated in a foreign country without the express written approval of that country.

4. This aircraft has not been shown to meet the requirements of the applicable comprehensive and detailed airworthiness code as provided by Annex 8 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation.

5. No passengers are permitted when operating with snorkel hose assembly and pump installed.
